Media Training
Communication by company leaders and executives is undergoing a major shift. Before speaking of technology or knowledge, leaders are now expected to articulate the values they hold for running the organization. As the ultimate person responsible, they must express their resolve and conviction precisely in their own words. UNICUL's media training aims not merely to convey accurate information on behalf of the company, but to equip you with the skills to express this conviction in the form best suited to the situation.
As business becomes more global and diverse, communication skills that flexibly address stakeholders with varied values are also required. In an era when key stakeholders such as employees, shareholders, and customers move freely, the skill to take the stakeholder's perspective and to motivate them through communication is essential.
Through interactive, practical training with instructors, participants discover for themselves the "message that should be delivered" in a given situation and cultivate the ability to express it.
Standard Interview Response Training
Training that envisions interviews from print media such as newspapers and magazines and broadcast media such as TV and radio.
What message will you convey, and in what words? After organizing the necessary preparation and the key points of Q&A, we run a mock interview, record it on video, and review it together with the instructor.
Crisis Response / Press Conference Training
Training that envisions an actual crisis, such as an accident or scandal, requiring a press conference.
What timing, what information, and what words? How should you respond when the media presses hard? Based on a specific scenario, we run a mock press conference or interview, record it on video, and review it together with the instructor.
Speech & Presentation
Training in the fundamentals of preparing a speech manuscript, along with basic delivery techniques to "make the audience think" and "make the audience empathize." We also work on techniques such as pacing and changes in intonation, tailored to each participant's level.
